Camera-Ready Submissions | IEEE ICHMS 2024

To ensure compliance and compatibility with IEEE Xplore, all Camera Ready papers must meet the following two specific requirements:

(a) The inclusion of the IEEE copyright statement at the bottom left of the first page.

(b) Submission of the Camera Ready paper after verification through IEEE PDF eXpress.

Due to these updated requirements, we have extended the submission deadline for the IEEE Xplore-Compatible Camera Ready papers to:

February 8th, 2024.

Please note that, this is a firm deadline necessary for the production of the conference proceedings. To facilitate this process, please carefully follow the three steps detailed below to prepare and resubmit your Camera Ready paper:

(1) Including the IEEE Copyright Statement in the Camera Ready Version:

For the camera ready papers, the copyright notice must be added to the bottom left of the first page. The copyright notice should be as follows:

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-1579-0/24/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-1579-0/24/$31.00 ©2024 European Union
For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-1579-0/24/$31.00 ©2024 IEEE

(2) Preparing IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF using IEEE eXpress:

After adding the copyright statement in the paper and before submitting the final paper, the authors need to use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s):

Proofread and check the layout of the manuscript (it is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress).
Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ (conference ID is 59971X).
Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDF(s) for Checking.
Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
If the IEEE PDF eXpress check has no problem, you will receive your final PDF eXpress checked paper by email (and you will be able to download it at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/).

(3) Steps for Camera Ready Submission

Log in to easychair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieeeichms2024).

Click on the link “proceedings author (IEEE Proceedings)”.

Click on “Sign Copyright Agreement” in order to submit your copyright transfer.

Upload the camera ready PDF that included the copyright statement, and is attained from eXpress.
